1. Protection from Sun:

It is believed that vitamin A, C, B3 (niacin), and E are good for your skin health. Have a healthy and balanced diet full of vitamins and minerals and safeguard your skin against wrinkles.

4. Drink Plenty of Water:

Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water every day. Water is important for your skin because it not only removes injurious toxins from the body but at the same time it also hydrates and nourishes your skin cells.
