  • Consumption of sugar confectionery or sweets during the day and not just before bedtime.
  • Chewing sugar-free gum to limit craving for sweets.
  • Finishing meals with fruits rather than desserts.
  • Not stocking on chocolates, biscuits, and other sugary stuff.
  • Working out to burn those extra calories after every sinful indulgence.
  • Most importantly, weaning out of sugar very slowly and not all of a sudden.
