The papers sent to policy holders must include Form for claim in the event of necessity. Otherwise, it amounts to intentional delay in making obligatory pament as the premium has been collected in advance. Withholding claim form amounts to making aspersons or doubting a client a cheat. This is not permitted by law i.e. burdening an honest client as a "suspected cheat". It is a two way process. You are requested to consider the text of this message.
