Hi, My name is Salam Shariff, and I took Reliance General insurance Health Policy in the year 2007 and renewed it in 2009 Dec(total amount I paid Rs.9000/-). I never used this policy for any claims, the issue is when to renew the policy. Reliace marketing personel did an excelent job and took money for renewal through IVR and with least bother to provide me renewal policy number. I got hospitalised and I don't know my renewal policy number, when I enquired about it they did'nt have any information about renewal. On repeated request they provide me renewal policy and failed to send the renewal policy documents. I decided to cancel my policy and they paid me only 50% of renewal amount as it exceeds one month duration. They failed to provide me policy number within one month. I encouraged few my colleagues and friends to go for reliance and this is the incentive I recieved from Reliance. If any one needs any info regarding this case, I am ready to provide. My sincere request to everyone not go for reliance...
