ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company received regulatory approvals to commence general insurance business in August 2001.

There are lots of customer graviances against ICICI Lombard Travel insures, its a fraud compnay and people are suffering from there fraud promises. I bought ICICI Lombard Travel Medical Insurance for my visiting parents, unfortunately. I wish I had seen this web site before and all the experiences people have gone through. Based on their claims procedure and the hassles I have been going through, I would not recommend anyone to buy this policy.

A tractor has been insured covering the risk for owner also. The owner died while driving the tractor and had his driving license also. Is his wife entitled to claim personal accident benefit?

ICICI Lombard is poor in communicating with hospitals. I have enquired and registered online but there is no response regarding the empanelment.I just received mail saying someone will contact u. This mail was six months ago but noone contacted us yet.
