Here's one more calculator to measure your physical fitness. Body Adiposity Index (BAI), directly gives your body fat percentage. Fat percentage gives you a clear idea of your physical fitness, and helps plan your weight loss program better. BAI was recently published and provides a simple approach to measuring your body fat percentage. While the body mass index requires your body weight, BAI requires only your height and hip circumference.

To measure your hip circumference stand straight in relaxed posture and keep your feet as close together as possible. Use a measuring tape to measure the largest circumference around your hips.
