World's first glow in the dark ice cream using a synthesised version of the protein, which is responsible for making the jellyfish light up has been created by a Bristol inventor.
Charlie Francis came up with the recipe of the luminous dessert, which costs 140 pounds for a single scoop, after studying jellyfish and persuading experts in China to create the protein, Metro.co.uk reported.
