Professor Roger Corder of the William Harvey Research Institute has sought the permission to test with dark chocolate on heart patients. He will go ahead with the medical trial once he gets the regulatory approval. To start with forty patients with cardiovascular disease will be tested with the dark chocolates, reports foodconsumer.org.
