One of six men who fell seriously ill after taking part in a drug trial has told the press that he felt like his brain was on fire. Student Nav Modi, 24, said that the experience was a terrible nightmare. The other volunteers had an inflammatory response to the drug TGN1412. Mr Modi, of Forest Gate, East London, suffered from a sudden gripping pain. After sometime the pain got worse with the severe pressure in the head.

But the latest statement from Northwick Park Hospital, said that two of the six men who took part in the trial were allowed to go home after responding very well to treatment. But on the other hand one man was still in a critical condition while the other three participants were on the road to recovery.
