The Wall Street Journal studied about the effects of stress on the pregnant women.

It found that a number of researches is being conducted on stress and people are in search for a remedy for it.

There is an increase in the number of pregnant women approaching the health care centers for a treatment related to stress.

Hence there is a need to include new information about the management of stress during pregnancy.

Women especially during pregnancy experience increased level of stress. This is bad both for the baby and the mother as it results in various complications.

Stress during pregnancy increases the rate of delivering a premature baby with low birth weights or other health conditions such as respiratory and developmental complications.

It has served almost 6000 employers and has said that within two years they have received calls from pregnant women having difficulty due to increased stress.

These calls have increased 14.73% in the last two years and hence the health acre officials have put the stress management as the top priority in the list.

Researchers are studying the effect of genes and other factors on the stress syndrome especially in pregnant women.

But overall it is better to have a positive outlook and facilitate the reduction of stress and other health risks during pregnancy.
