By 2007 Britons in London can have surgeries in evenings and consultations in mobile hospitals near the home or shopping places. Labour party has plans of expanding health care and make the NHS more patient friendly, health accessibility has become the main election manifestation for the Labour party.

The Labour party has plans of starting mobile hospitals and health check up facilities near railway station, shopping malls and commercial places. Patients can also have the option of having two doctors in their NHS plan one near their home and the other near their work place. These plans are part of making the health care system friendlier and easily accessible without waiting for long to avail a treatment.
