Starting smoking at a small age affects your health and moreover also affects the health of your children reports survey from various studies. Nicotine in cigarette is responsible for increasing the blood pressure causing hypertension, cigarette smoking narrows the blood vessels leading to hart diseases, it damages the lung tissues and reduces the oxygen carrying capacity, smoking is responsible for causing atherosclerosis and increases the risk of stroke, causes infertility, increases acid production in stomach leading to stomach ulcers. Starting smoking and alcohol at a small age causes epigenetic changes in the genes and is responsible for diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure and obesity early in your children's. Smoking and alcohol consumption not only affects the health of yours but also effects your subsequent generations.
