New Zealand President Murray Dear is not happy with the amount of diabetic patients signing up for annual check up. The statistics show that only 60% of diabetic patients had signed up for free annual check up for diabetics, which is a state, funded program.
The President is not happy with the outcome and as said to the people that diabetics is not properly monitored it could lead to complications such as amputation, kidney failure, heart diseases, blindness and other complications.Diabetes occurs due to non-metabolisation of food products (glucose) occurs, which may be due to shortage or insufficient functioning of insulin required for food products/glucose. More than 170 million people worldwide are affective due to diabetes.
