Under Stress? All You Need Is A Chocolate To Melt In Your Mouth
You don’t have to spend time for meditation, yoga or even a trip to your favorite spot. Surprised? Yes stress relief comes so very compact these days. Thanks to the Chocolate-coated stress busters that are likely to be marketed soon.

The chocolate-like product comprises various nutraceutical herbs and has antioxidant, anti-stress and adaptogenic properties. It has been developed by National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI), Lucknow.

Herbs like Ashwagandha and Ginseng are used in alternate systems of medicine to help regulate the body's immune, hormonal and nervous systems and the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) is already in the process of patenting the new product before its commercial launch.
