Transplant Doctor Investigated in Organ Donor Case
A Californian doctor by name Dr. Hootan Roozrokh is allegedly involved in an organ donor case. Officials are currently investigating this case.

Ruben Navarro a 25 year old young man died on February 4th at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center. His family had given approval for his organs to be harvested after realizing that he will not survive. Navarro was moved from ICU to operating room where he was taken off from life support system.

At this point it was said that Dr. Hootan Roozrokh who is a surgeon at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco was present near Navarro. But as per the state law, transplant surgeons should not be involved in treating patients who are potential organ donors. The doctor is reported to have directed the nurses to increase the dosage of pain medicines which would eventually hasten his death. Navarro died several hours later after retuning to ICU.

Late the nurses at the hospital have alerted the San Luis Obispo Police Department who are investigating the case now.
