According to New York health officials, condoms would have more users if wrapped attractively. Currently this department is in the process of considering various options of casing the condoms.

The subject that could emerge victorious may be a colourful subway theme. A novel way of wrapping the condom could actually help the health department assess the usage of the same by the people.

On an average, around 1.5 million condoms are given freely every month by the city’s health department. It is a known fact that condoms are used to protect against AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases.

The free condoms are generally distributed to health clinics, bars, hotels and nightclubs to name a few. Los Angeles health department issues around million condoms every year. New York procures condoms for $ 720000 every year. AIDS is being rated as the third causative agent of death under the age group of 65 among New Yorkers.
