"Consuming fatty dairy products may actually help in slimming down", a research study reveals. But health specialists have cautioned people to be wary of such research findings.
Around 20,000 women were involved in this study. At the end of this study, it was concluded that women who consumed fat free milk had put on more weight when compared to women who consumed whole milk or its allied products like cheese and butter.
According to this study the calcium level in milk and allied products are said to have a controlling effect in body fat.
But health experts have averred that such findings should be adequately supported by scientific evidence.
