Yoga was a Big Help after Pitt Split, says Aniston
Former "Friends" actress Jennifer Aniston says yoga helped her deal with her split from Brad Pitt.

Aniston says with yoga she was able to get her mind and body back in shape, according to imdb.com.

She said she had "emotions she needed to move" before she commenced with yoga and adds, "I was in need of being scooped up".

Aniston also listened to songs by Seal, Coldplay, The Rolling Stones and Alicia Keyes during yoga and adds, "I was crying through moves. It's good to get that stuff out. You feel like you're having a therapy session."
