Calgary Couple Laud Health Review Process

Rick and Rose Lundy, who had to bear a miscarriage at an emergency room in Calgary, have commended the initiative launched by the health region to review emergency care. The health quality council of Alberta is conducting the review and will begin the process next month.

Rick Lundy had filed a complaint after a shortage of beds in the emergency room at he Peter Lougheed centre caused his wife Rose to miscarry on July 18. The couple said the review is a good step forwards and that no one should go through the problems that they had to face.
