King/Drew Medical Center Determined To Regain Past Glory

The Chief Executive at Martin Luther King Jr./Drew Medical Center explained, that in the wake of a federal inspection, it will endeavor to get back the accreditation along with restoration of the cut services and trauma care.

Antionette Smith Epps, chief executive of the hospital, also spoke highly of the new leadership team that is determined to inculcate a sense of responsibility for the quality of work and the care. Maintaining cautious optimism regarding the inspection, she expressed that it will be quite a while before the findings are announced by the federal agency.
