Nursing a glue-eyed boy
Nathan Tolley, of Cannock, all of two years, found his eyelids stuck together after a nurse inadvertently spilled glue into his eye, instead of using it to treat a head injury.

The boy was later taken to Wolver Hampton Eye Infirmary where he was administered treatment. There is some improvement, though a major portion of the eye is still glued together.
