A two-year-old boy in Bihar weighs an unbelievable 35 kg and his worried parents are trying out different doctors to find out the cause.

Ayush behaves like any normal child despite his weight, said his father Kanhal Singh, who stays in Muzaffarpur district, 70 km from Patna.

"He loves to eat and is always demanding food," said Singh.

Ayush was taken to Apollo Hospital in New Delhi where doctors said he was a normal child. They suggested that his food habits should be changed and his intake reduced.

But Singh claims nothing seems to work for Ayush. "He is gaining weight regularly."

His mother Vibha Singh said it was difficult to dandle him on her lap for more than 10 minutes.

Ayush's parents are forced to buy new clothes for him regularly. "His clothes become tight for his body within 15 to 20 days of purchase," Vibha said.
