Brands in the Fast-food business know how to act fast when their reputation is at stake. Now they are all set to win back patronage and build brand credibility by doing something solid about all the fat in their foods.
Kentucky Fried Chicken, Wendy's, McDonald's and Burger King are all sticking with each other and taking this goal forward of adopting healthier means and ways of cooking the food which includes reducing the fat content.
Jeff O'Neill, president and chief operating officer of Priszm Canadian Income Fund, the company in charge of KFC outlets in Canada said "We clearly recognize that this is an issue of importance for our customers. We've been aggressively working toward a solution that we'll be announcing soon."
