In the run up to World Heart Day, A Marico Ltd Study has painted a grim picture of what might trouble young hearts.
The study found that the present day lifestyles are increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease in urban households.

The lifestyle of young Indians is sad, considering the stressful and sedentary lifestyles they lead. This has not only increases the risk of cardiovascular disease; it has also introduced other health challenges in the form of cancer and diabetes. Reduced intake of fiber has upped the risk of life threatening diseases.

The crucial area, which is in every young Indian’s hands to remedy, are unhealthy eating habits, sedentary lifestyles and stress on the job. It is time to cut back and do a reality check on what actually one wants out of life.
