The 39-year-old woman was initially admitted in the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) run hospital on September 2 with symptoms of fever, cough and body ache. Later she was shifted to Gandhi hospital after her swab samples tested positive for swine flu.

"Though we have facilities to treat her at our isolation ward, we felt that she can get better treatment at Gandhi hospital," said Dr Srinivas, senior medical officer at the TSRTC-run hospital.
