Study Explores Link Between Favorite Ice Cream Flavor and Personality Type

Your favorite ice cream flavor could reveal a lot about your personality, says study conducted in honor of National Ice Cream Month.

Baskin-Robbins has teamed up with Dr. Alan Hirsh, founder of Smell 'n' Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago, to decode personality traits from popular ice cream flavours, the New York Daily News reported.

It was found that people who prefer 'Rainbow Sherbet' are more pessimistic, in spite of the flavor's bright taste profile, and that those who prefer Rocky Road are actually very good listeners.
