Smallest Four-Year-Old in Britain Weighs Just 12.4 Kilograms
A student at the Water Primary School in Rossendale, Lancashire, could be the smallest four-year old child in Britain.
Daisy Tattersall is just 2ft 10 inches, well below the average height of 3ft 3 inches for girls of the same age, and weighs just 12.4kg. Her mother Jayne Parker revealed that Daisy suffered from a minor blood problem when she was born and her early health problems could be the reason for her small stature.

However she said that it will not be long before Daisy catches up with her peers, adding that apart from becoming frustrated when others treat her as a smaller child than she really is, Daisy is not at all concerned about her height.

“She loves going to school and playing with the other children. They’re all quite protective of her. They all think she’s really cute but when people treat her as a younger child than she actually is, she gets a bit frustrated. But size doesn’t really bother her at all”, Ms Parker said.
