Sense of Humor Goes at 52
Our sense of humor goes downhill once we reach 52 years of age, a group of British researchers reveal.
According to researchers at the University of Glamorgan, the most humorous stage of a human comes when he is an infant who laughs at least 300 times a day.

This gets reduced to just 4 times as we turn into adults before the number gets halved after 50 years of age.

Says lead researcher Dr Lesley Harbidge, “The Lifetime of Laughter Scale shows that there really is a law of diminishing returns when it comes to laughter. We laugh twice as much in our teens as we do in our fifties. And our findings suggest that it's all downhill from 52.”
