In view of the worsening air quality in the national capital, Delhi's Environment Minister Imran Hussain has urged people not to set off crackers on Diwali.

Launching a campaign 'Say No to Fire Crackers' at a school in New Delhi, Hussain asked children not to burst fire-crackers.
