According to People magazine, the former Alaska governor and 2008 vice presidential candidate, Sarah Palin, wants to share her family's way of combining delicious food with hard physical activity.
Sarah Palin, who is facing concerns over her frail health, is writing a fitness book with her family that will recommend comfort food and vigorous exercise.
"Our family is writing a book on fitness and self-discipline focusing on where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort food," the New York Daily News quoted her as writing in an email to the publication.
The governor-turned-GOP pundit was spotted looking less than healthy in Los Angeles on Monday.
Palin was looking more bony than buxom when photographers spotted her shopping with her daughter Willow, 18.
Palin and her family of five are big fans of vigrous outdoor activity, including boating, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing and hunting.
Palin is a fan of low-carb eating, especially moose stew, a local delicacy.
