Private Clinics can Advertise Pregnancy Services on TV
Recent regulations will permit clinics to advertise pregnancy services on television and radio.

Earlier, the not-for-profit pregnancy services had the permission to advertise pregnancy services on television and radio.

The Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice (BCAP) said that private clinics which charge for pregnancy services, including abortions, will now be permitted to advertise on television and radio. Through their advertisements they can offer a variety of “post-conception advice services” (PCAS), including counseling and terminations.
