One in 10 Commuters Do Not Find Morning Journey Interesting
Morning journey is deeply upsetting, claims one in 10 commuters and almost half are desperate to go straight back to bed.
According to a study by evian water, 88 percent of commuters would achieve 30 minutes more work if they had more of an interesting journey, the Daily Star reported.

Dr Linda Papadopoulos, chartered Counseling and Health Psychologist said that a stressful daily commute can impact on the overall sense of wellbeing by the time one gets to work.

She added that a possible solution could be changing one routine by trying a new route or mode of transport.

The study says that 34 percent of the UK would describe their commute as boring and 17 percent would describe it as being like Groundhog Day, whilst 16 percent wish they could simply sleep through it.
