Niall Horan has fractured his right foot during One Direction's (1D) concert in Montreal, Canada, but the singer has no idea about how he got the painful injury.
In a video shared online, the 21-year-old singer said that when he woke up prior to his show one day, he was suffering from foot pain, The Mirror reports.
"Then I went to get an X-ray today and I've got a fractured right foot and I don't know how," the 'Night Changes' hit-maker added. During the group's performance in Montreal, the singer was spotted wearing a cast on his right foot.
