 Office Bullying Rampant in Britain
A new study has found that seven to ten British workers get bullied by their bosses.
A survey of 16,517 workers conducted by the recruitment portal Monster found 71 per cent of the British workforce being bullied.

The survey found that 36 per cent had been driven to tears by cruel jibes, while 10 per cent were physically attacked. A quarter of the respondents claimed that bullying affected their performance at work. A further 12 per cent said they had not been bullied, themselves but had 'seen it happen to others'.

Globally the survey revealed that 64 per cent of workers worldwide have been bullied.

Out of these seven per cent said they had been 'deliberately physically hurt' and 36 per cent said 'I've been driven to tears' and further 21 per cent admitted it had affected their performance, the Daily Mail reports.

A staggering 83 percent of continental European respondents claim to have been physically or emotionally bullied as compared to 65 percent in the Americas and 55 percent in Asia.
