There's a new technique called orgasmic meditation (OM) which claims to make you happy between the sheets. The wellness practice, which costs 249 pounds, focuses solely on the female orgasm and claims to help couples connect better with each other.

The intimate classes, which are designed to intensify the female orgasm to explosive measures, can be taken both privately or in a group where an OM instructor will direct one towards sexual liberation.

The practice involves the woman lying flat on the floor without her knickers as her partner sits beside and "lightly and deliberately" strokes her clitoris for 15 minutes. The orgasmic meditation has gained huge popularity amongst people of all ages and has over 10,000 practitioners worldwide.

Justine Dawson, director of orgasmic meditation company OneTaste, said that the classes were "worth putting time and effort into your sex and relationships, even if it means being a little uncomfortable." On their website, the orgasm is described as "The single most impactful power source we have, potent enough to bring about many kinds of change in our bodies, relationships and lives."
