Not Healthy to Limit Your Diet to Only Fish & Chicken

A new study has revealed that it is unhealthy for women to restrict their diet to only chicken and fish.

The study showed how such a diet is akin to bingeing on junk foods due to the presence of inadequate iron in both the diets.

The importance of iron for all round health of women and children must be clearly understood, especially as the lack of iron especially in children’s diet can adversely affect their performance at school.
