Negative Indicators High Among Couples With a Significant Age Difference
The younger good looking people are actually nursing a myth if they are looking out for wealthy, older, romantic partners to take care of them. A recent study has found there are few “cougars” and “sugar daddies” in real life.
The study pointed out that those married to significantly younger or older mates did not score well in important areas like cognitive skills, education, employment, earnings, and appearance.

The researchers found that negative indicators were much higher when there is a huge age gap between couples.

The study also revealed that men married to younger or older spouses did not make as much money as compared to those married to women of a similar age.

“The benefits from marriage might be changing. When you are close in age you can do things together. You can have children when both parties want to, retire at the same time and grow old together,” researchers reasoned.
