Nano Complex Dietary Supplement Before Meals Reduces Fat and Sugar Absorption
A team of American and Israeli researchers has suggested that taking a nano complex dietary supplement at least half an hour before meals is helpful in reducing the fat and sugar absorption by the body.
Researchers from Harvard University and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem tested the effect of a compound, known as naringenin, present in grapes. The researchers found that the compound was absorbed only in small quantities by the body and when it was used as a dietary supplement, the total sugar and fat absorption of the body reduced by 11 times.

In the report that has been published in the journal PLoS One the researchers revealed that taking in naringenin in the form of pills before meals reduced the VLDL cholesterol generation by more than 42 percent while increasing the insulin sensitivity by more than 64 percent.

“The complex is special in that it is taken just before a meal, as a preventative measure. In comparison, existing medications are given only after the chronic development of abnormal lipid levels in the blood”, the researchers said.
