A recent survey carried out by mattress merchants Ergoflex, UK, found that many experience dreams of being caught naked or even being humiliated publicly.

Some of them reported having dreams of appearing on a popular television programme. And some confessed to dreaming of having sex with celebrities.

Nearly 25% of those surveyed had dreams of being caught naked in public, another 30% admitted to having nonsensical and absurd dreams. 75% woke up feeling embarrassed after going through strange fantasy dreams and some even went ballistic with a partner after having such a dream.

Offering an explanation to such bizarre dreams and allaying our concerns, Psychologist Sandra Wheatley said, 'Other dreams indicate that your sleep has been disturbed, while some show your brain is having difficulty filing information. Worrying in our dreams is normal and we shouldn't worry about that, it just shows we care about things.'
