Miami: US City With Most Attractive People
The readers of Travel + Leisure magazine have praised the cosmopolitan South Florida city residents for their sexy fashion sense and their "fit physiques," the New York Daily News reported.
While New York City ranked highest in the nation for style, readers were less charitable regarding its residents in the personal beauty department.
The readers ranked New York City a dismal 15th place, behind Denver, Providence, Rhode Island, and San Francisco.
They also ranked it as second-least-friendly city in the nation.
According to T+L readers, Alaska may have natural beauty but not much in the way of looks.
Anchorage ranked last for its "Gore-Tex-laden style."
Readers called Baltimore's look "unkempt," while Philadelphia's poor ranking was blamed on its inhabitants' expanding waistlines and "lack of athleticism."
