American professional strongman Robert Oberst's shells out 450 dollars per-week on grocery bills as he consumes 20,000 calories in a day, it has been revealed.
The 29-year-old strongman asserted that he consumes six meals in a day and he gets shaky and get headaches if he doesn't get the desired calories, News.com.au reported.
AdvertisementThe former American football player continued that his body was running on a level now where it was used to having good fuel and his body just "revolts" if he cut that supply off.
Oberst consumes 1.6kg of meat per day and breakfast includes 8-10 eggs and then he binge on whole boiled eggs throughout the day.
For lunch, Oberst often have two large steaks and dinner includes a pasta meal, which also includes meat.
Oberst is currently the second strongest man in America.
