Indian Takeaways Do Not Contain as Much Salt as Other Cuisines

While takeaways are tasty and add variety to our palate, a recent study has revealed that they may not be a healthy option after all.

A study which evaluated the salt content in hot takeaway meals has revealed that they contain three times the amount of prescribed salt.
Indian Takeaways Do Not Contain as Much Salt as Other Cuisines

The study also revealed that Indian cuisine contains less salt and is much better than pizzas and Chinese food.

English food, by far, contained the lowest amounts of salt.
