Indian National Capital Sees Its Biggest Obstacle Course Run and Fitness Festival
Obesity has doubled in the last 35 years, while life expectancy has gone up to 68 years, with half the world expected to be obese by 2050.
The Phoenix Project presented Delhi Biggest Obstacle Course Run and Fitness Festival designed to test both our physical and mental fitness. Like the Phoenix, rise from the ashes of your old self, to transform into the new. Shed all those inhibitions, make that leap!

The Phoenix Project is a large-scale obstacle course that puts our endurance, strength and determination to ultimate test! It is meant for those who put their limits to the test, for those seeking adrenaline and adventure. A five-seven kilometers mud course with 20+ obstacles, on a unique terrain is a more innovative solution for a healthy lifestyle making you feel alive and energetic, instilling a high sense of achievement after having completed the course.

To make it a full-day outing with the family, we also presented The Nixie Race for kids, which is a 1+ kilometers with 7-10 easy obstacles. The idea was for them to go home with sense of accomplishment and full bragging rights.

According to Sanil Makhija, Founder at Sports Group Asia, "The Phoenix Project was designed in such a manner that it could forge a mental toughness to overcome any obstacle, deal with any hardship, come out of the other side intact and ready to keep taking the world then I'd guess you'd have a pretty positive outlook on life and a boatload of confidence."

The Phoenix Project also collaborated with Bhagta Bharat where 150 auto passes will be given to Bhagta Bharat kids who ran against the wind, seeking out new sights just on the strength of their feet and the courage of their lungs.
