The list of top 20 countries that offer best education system is being released by a UK-based education firm. The rankings combine international test results and data such as graduation rates between 2006 and 2010.
According to the BBC, the first and second places are taken by Finland and South Korea, respectively.
The report quoted Sir Michael Barber, Pearson's chief education adviser, as saying that successful countries give teachers a high status and have a 'culture' of education.
