The Welsh model, infamous for bedding footballer Ryan Giggs, was seen looking exhausted as she left a Bikram yoga studio in London, and admitted the workout had definitely taken its toll on her.

"WOW! I'm knackered. I've worked out for 2.5 hrs! Done the gym then a hardcore bikram session! #shaking," the Daily Mail quoted her as tweeting.

The 29-year-old was seen heading home after the yoga class wearing a pair of tight black leggings and a cropped bra top with a black vest top tied at the waist over the top.

She had a towel slung over her gym bag and gulped water from a huge bottle after the difficult class, which sees attendees pushed even further in a yoga class completed in 105F heat.

However, despite her apparent exhaustion, she still managed to primp and pose for the waiting photographers outside the studio.

After getting shots of her looking red-faced and puffed-out following the class, the snappers were treated to a shot of the former 'Big Brother' contestant bending over.

Given that her leggings were more than a little sheer, Thomas ended up revealing a bit too much as she bent down to pick up a bottle of water from the ground.
