Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar said that Goa will turn into a plastic-free zone soon.
Parsekar, also a minister for science and technology, replied in the affirmative to a question by BJP legislator from Cuncolim Rajan Naik, who wanted to know if plans were on to make Goa a "plastic-free zone".
