Fresh Look at Obamacare Challenge Ordered By US Court

A lower court was instructed by the US Supreme Court to review a Christian university's challenge to President Barack Obama's landmark healthcare reforms on grounds that it violates religious freedom.

The Supreme Court said the federal appeals court in Virginia should consider the case "in light of" its own ruling in June to uphold the health insurance mandate at the heart of what critics deride as "Obamacare."
