 Four H1N1 Deaths in Mumbai
Mumbai reported four H1N1 deaths and 69 new cases on Friday. Of those who succumbed to the viral infection, one was a 61-year-old woman from Dongri who was first admitted in Saboo Siddique hospital and later transferred to Habib hospital.
Three others who passed away were out-station residents seeking treatment in city hospitals. A 47-year-old female from Badlapur was admitted in KEM hospital on Tuesday, however, within two days her condition worsened. She succumbed to multiple complications such as cardio respiratory attack, hypertension, acute respiratory distress syndrome and sepsis.

According to the civic health department, the four latest deaths were of patients who suffered from co-morbid conditions that led to quick decline in their medical parameters.
