Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor has shared her eating habits, while confessing that she loves Indian food.

"Pulao and Raita or Kadhi and rice...since I am a vegetarian I enjoy eating paneer, infact earlier I didn't like it at all 6 to 7 years back. But now I see that when I am out for dinner somewhere the first thing I order is Palak Paneer, Mattar Paneer eating with 2 rotis or rice," she said.

"I mean simple Indian food can make you happy and slimmer which is something I didn't knew and I am really happy that Rujuk has come up with this DVD which will pass on the information to people and will help them to know how to live right and eat right. Most people take on diets like athletic diets, high protein and low-carb diet," the actress said.

The 32-year-old actress said that eating just some leaves and few vegetables is something she can't survive on and it just doesn't make her happy.

"Indian food is something when I come home after a hard days work its just kind of keep me at piece and at the same time keeps me look great," she said.

Bebo also revealed to the media that eating right not only shapes you up but also calms you down.
