Excessive use of mobile phones and computers can cause sleep disturbances and stress which can hamper emotional health.
 Excessive Use of Cellphones and PC can Fuel Sleep Disorders

Answers to questionnaires from 4,100 respondents aged 20-24 reveal the extent of damage caused by excessive use of mobile phones and computers, especially when they are used without taking frequent breaks.

"Regularly using a computer late at night is associated not only with sleep disorders but also with stress and depressive symptoms in both men and women. This means taking breaks, taking time to recover after intensive use, and putting limits on your availability", researchers said.
